Notice of General Meeting

Aberdeen Minerals Ltd announces that a notice convening a general meeting of shareholders ("General Meeting") of the Company has been posted to shareholders.
The General Meeting will be held on 24 April 2024 at 12 noon, at which shareholders will be asked to vote on the resolutions required to approve completion of the £5.5 million financing including cornerstone investment by Central Asia Metals Plc, as announced on 25 March 2024. A form of proxy is included with the notice.
