Change of Name from Strategic Minerals Europe Ltd

Aberdeen Minerals Ltd announces the following name changes to its group companies:

These changes consolidate the group companies under the existing Aberdeen Minerals brand to reflect the group’s focus on mineral exploration in Aberdeenshire.

This is an administrative change only and there is no change in management or ownership. Any contracts entered into by either of the Aberdeen Minerals group companies before the name changes will be unaffected by the name change, and remain in full force and effect.
